Congratulations to Ryan Daniel, winner of the 11 Second Club January Competition! This was a challenging audio file, and there were a lot of excellent entries, but Ryan won voters over with his appealing, cartoony style and great facial animation. We encourage everyone to check out all the great work that was done this month!

DIMOS VRYSELLAS
Dimos, an 18-year veteran of the animation industry, got his first big break when DreamWorks hired him as a character animator. He spent 9 years working on all of their traditional films, including DreamWorks' first in-house CG picture Shark Tale. After this, he decided to return to Toronto, where he hopped on board at CORE Feature Animation briefly, later moving on to Nelvana Ltd. Most recently, he has started a new animation studio, Circus Ink Entertainment Ltd., along with a few partners. Dimos is also currently a mentor at Animation Mentor. |
