DIMOS VRYSELLAS

Dimos is currently the head of the animation department for March Entertainment, located in Toronto, Canada. He has been in the animation industry for about 20 years to date. Dimos graduated from Sheridan College and then went on to pursue his career at DreamWorks Animation. He worked on traditional feature animation films and CG films such as Sinbad and Shark Tale. Dimos has been a mentor at Animation Mentor for 4 years now and is currently an active mentor.

The eCritique® tool is an innovative key element in the Animation Mentor program. Each week, a professional mentor will provide their students with a newly recorded video critique on their weekly animation assignment. This provides valuable insight, feedback and suggestions on ways to improve students’ weekly assignments and animation skills. In addition to viewing their own critiques, students may also view the critiques of their peers, learning from their mistakes and successes as well.
