	LOCATION: SAO PAULO, BRASIL Congratulations to Bruno Celegão Monteiro, winner of the 11 Second Club October Competition! He's once again won voters over with his super creative, appealing 2D work. We were totally blown away by both the number and the quality of all the entries this month, and we strongly encourage everyone to check out all the amazing work that was done this month!


	VICTOR NAVONE Victor is a self-taught animator and his early test animation Alien Song went on to achieve massive exposure via the internet. His work caught the attention of Pixar Animation Studios, where he is now employed as a full-time animator. He has worked on such features as "Monsters, Inc.", "Finding Nemo" and "The Incredibles." What is an eCritique?

The eCritique® tool is an innovative key element in the Animation Mentor program. Each week, a professional mentor will provide their students with a newly recorded video critique on their weekly animation assignment. This provides valuable insight, feedback and suggestions on ways to improve students’ weekly assignments and animation skills. In addition to viewing their own critiques, students may also view the critiques of their peers, learning from their mistakes and successes as well.
