I think that Andrew’s awesome! He genuinely cares about our education and his e-critiques are crystal clear. I learn so much from the critiques because of how well he portrays the concepts we’re learning. I look forward to taking his class next term.

Andrew is very helpful during critiques! He always makes sure to comment on all revisions needed in your shot and how you can fix it for next week’s assignment. During weekly Q&As, I really enjoyed how Andrew spoke directly to every student to make sure we understood his critique and to answer any questions that we might have that week before we started class.

Andrew has a wealth of knowledge, a very specific way of seeing things in animation and how to approach them, and he is very happy to share it with no restraints, his critiques are very detailed and to the point, I do not think he misses anything.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions whether it’s in the Q&A or throughout the week’s messages. He is very thorough with his walkthroughs and makes sure to make it clear what is expected of the next week’s assignment.

The Q&As are very good. Andrew is very helpful, generous, and answers all the questions clearly. He introduces good workflows in class. I also really enjoy seeing shot breakdowns and hearing about workflows from his work. I liked the last critique where I got picky notes. I’m having a great time this term.

He has so much knowledge and great experience, I wish we could have more time with him.

Andrew actually takes the time in each Q&A to go individually and ask any questions or doubts that we have regarding our assignment and he also gives us a second critique during the Q&A which is super helpful.

Every review and Q&A was extremely helpful, I learned a lot in the small time we had. Even though my marks didn’t really evolve throughout the course, I do feel like I improved a ton, thanks to all the notes and demonstrations of the exercises.
