Your observations have been incredibly helpful and your explanations of what I need to improve on are always clear and concise. I truly admire your keen eye for animation and it’s been an absolute pleasure learning from you. Your expertise and experience in the field are invaluable, and I feel fortunate to have you as my mentor.

Very descriptive in the use and need for each element that’s put into our current projects. Shows actual uses of what we are learning and why it’s important to nail down before moving forward. Then gives very descriptive and needed critiques for our animations. Ryan is a good instructor and does a thorough job when going through our work. I would recommend him for other students.

Ryan is friendly and authentic. His insights about his own unique career path have made me feel more comfortable about my own decision to pursue a career change to animation a little later in life. He takes extra time and care to make sure that you truly understand the fundamentals and techniques being taught. I leave every Q&A with a much better and clearer understanding of things.

Really great guy! Gives in depth feedback, and is always willing to stay extra time after the class ends to answer any and all questions we have. Ryan always is honest with us about the difficulties of animating, but balances that out with the inspiring realities that making it in the industry is all about putting in the work. I also love that he tries to push us beyond just focusing on the fundamentals, so that we’re thinking about the story that we’re trying to show off.
