Keith Sintay
Senior Character Animator
Industrial Light & Magic
Keith Sintay has been a professional animator since 1994 and is currently a senior character animator at Industrial Light & Magic. He started as a 2D animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios working on hits like Mulan and Pocahontas. He is experienced at VFX animation and worked on many blockbuster films in the Marvel and Star Wars franchises. Keith is a HUGE Star Wars fan! He owns a life-size R2-D2 and C-3PO, as well as the exact replicas of the Darth Vader helmets seen in various movies. Keith has been a mentor since 2006 and currently teaches Body Mechanics, Advanced Body Mechanics, and Introduction to Acting.

I think Keith likes hard work, so if he’s strict with the grades, he helps us to surpass ourselves by sharing our efficient workflow and giving extra feedback in Q&A. Also I’m not fluent yet in English, and I have to mention that he is really patient and cool with me. I’m really glad to have met Keith.
