Animation Mentor Graduation: Relive the Celebrations and Get Inspired!

We knew this super-sized graduation weekend was going to be fun, but it was truly spectacular and awe-inspiring. Academy Award-nominated director for Wreck-It-Ralph, Rich Moore, delivered an inspirational and truly epic speech that speaks to animators, creatives, and visual artists. We applaud our graduating classes and Rich Moore for an incredible weekend of celebration. Hats off to all of you!

OPEN HOUSE: Friday, August 2, 2013
We love opening our doors to our students and with so many people at one time, the energy is incredible! Graduates, current students, friends and family gathered to meet for the first time, catch up with Animation Mentor staff and sign the alumni wall, a rite of passage into the alumni community.

GRADUATION and GALA: Saturday, August 3, 2013
We want to thank everyone for coming out to kick it (and wreck it) at our big, super-sized Animation Mentor Graduation and Gala. Animation Mentor, along with Director Rich Moore, gave a big congratulations to the four graduating classes: 25, 26, 27, and 28.

Right after, the Gala was in full swing with music, drinks and food and a very animated Spike mingling in the crowd along with cofounders Bobby Beck and Shawn Kelly as seen in these pictures.

We were also honored that Rich Moore stayed for the party to congratulate graduates and personalize their diplomas with Wreck-It-Ralph illustrations.

With Graduation over, we are excited for our students continued animation journey. We invite you to wish them well and welcome them to the alumni community of Animation Mentor!
