About Nicole Herr

Nicole Herr has been a professional animator since 1996. She has had an extensive career working on 50+ films, video games, and television projects as a character animator, previs/layout artist, and animation director. One of her first film jobs was helping to restore the original Fantasia animation that was then used in Fantasia 2000. She was later part of the Oscar-winning team that worked on The Jungle Book. Nicole has been a mentor since 2007 and has taught most of the courses at Animation Mentor. She designed and teaches the Previsualization Basics for Animators course, in addition to Creature Animation: Locomotion and Body Mechanics.
